Policies
We offer flat-rate shipping of $15 to anywhere in Canada and the mainland United States. This means that Hawaii and Alaska will likely be a bit more. All delivery times are approximate as dictated to us by the carrier. We'll do our best to get you your candles the fastest and safest way possible. Honest! If you happen to live in remote or rural areas it may take our backpacker a bit longer to trek his way to your house. Okay, that was a joke. At least the part about the backpacker - it's going to take more time and there's not much we can do about it.
Shipping to Canada
Free shipping on all orders over $100. 4-9 business days delivery time is typical, however if you have to canoe to your home then it's going to take longer. Rural areas may take a bit more time too.
Shipping to United States
Free shipping on all orders over $100. 9-10 business days is the norm. Again, rural areas may take longer.
International Orders
Please contact us for a shipping quote. If we listed all 193 additional countries on this webpage, it would be really long!!
POLICIES
Our GUARANTEE and Return Policy
We want you to love your candle! If there is anything wrong, please contact us and we will do everything possible to make it right. However, if you are not bonding with your candle and beeswax isn't your thing, you may ship it back to us and we will gladly refund you 100% of the cost of your candle.
Damaged Product
Sometimes bad things happen to good candles. Sometimes the delivery man trips on that crack in the sidewalk and our package becomes a projectile into the not-very-soft cement. Sometimes there are just too many bumps in the road. And we will fix it! Please contact us and we will make arrangements to remedy the situation. And, as always, we would love to hear your feedback.
